One focus of my work is Social law. Since 2008 I am a certified specialist in that area (Fachanwalt für Sozialrecht).
I offer counsel and representation concerning various issues of Social law, including
public social insurance regarding pension, unemployment benefits, health care, accidents at work et alt.,
private insurance against disability and occupational invalidity,
determination of legal status as employee or freelance etc.,
social welfare (Sozialhilfe + Hartz IV / Jobcenter,
Social law für Non-Germans and refugees (AsylbLG), and
benefits for disabled persons (GdB)
